When you submit a quote request or a coverage review request on this site, or contact us by phone, email or chat, we receive the information you choose to share, such as:

the type of insurance you are asking about, your business name (if you provide it), coverage topics of interest, renewal timing and any message you write;
the items you select in our Coverage Review Checklist if you ask an agent to review them;
your text-message consent choice, and a record of it (see “Text messaging” below).

Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank or payment card details, or health information through this website. We do not need them to respond to a quote request, and if we do need any sensitive information later, we will tell you how to provide it securely.

Leaving the box unchecked on a later request does not by itself cancel an earlier opt-in; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. Message frequency varies.
