General information only

This website provides general information about our agency and the kinds of insurance we help arrange. Nothing on this site is an insurance policy, a quote, a binder or an offer or promise of coverage. Coverage, eligibility, terms and pricing are determined only by the insurance carrier and the policy it issues, and your policy documents control. Information and tools on this site, including the Coverage Review Checklist, are educational, do not evaluate your particular policy or identify coverage gaps, and are not insurance, legal or tax advice.

Requests you submit

Submitting a quote request or coverage review request does not create an insurance policy, an obligation to buy, or a guarantee that coverage will be available. You agree to provide accurate information. Please do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, payment or financial account details, or health information in any online form.

Communications

When you submit a request, you are asking Jarvis to contact you about that request by phone or email, using the contact information you provided. Separately, you may choose to receive text messages as described in the SMS Terms below; that choice is optional and is not required to submit a request or to purchase insurance.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description. If you opt in, Jarvis Insurance Agency, Inc. may send text messages related to your insurance inquiry, quote or coverage review follow-up, and policy servicing (for example, appointment reminders and claim-related information).

How you opt in. You opt in by (a) checking the optional text-message box next to the mobile number on a quote or coverage review form on this website, or (b) voluntarily providing your mobile number to our office in connection with an inquiry or request for service, for example by calling or texting us, and asking us to text you. We do not add phone numbers to our texting program from any other source. Text-message consent is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to submit a request.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or policy activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by calling (248) 324-9050. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at (248) 324-9050 or info@jarvisagencyinc.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing for marketing. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for text messaging with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
